Set in a classic New York diner, the film follows Sergio, a Hispanic worker who must find a missing watch before his customer finishes a slice of key lime pie. What begins as a simple search quickly turns into a race against time, packed with humor, quirky characters, and absurd situations.

The soundtrack, now available on digital platforms, stands out for its symphonic orchestration with comedic undertones. Gallardo has crafted a score that blends strings, woodwinds, and brass, creating a playful atmosphere that perfectly complements the film’s narrative rhythm. The clarinet, oboe, and flute play a leading role in shaping this sonic identity.

“This project has been an unexpected creative adventure,” says Gallardo. “We went from an initial idea with Latin influences to a full symphony that breathes comedy and emotion. Working with Allen Delgado has been an enriching experience that allowed me to explore new musical languages.”

The production is led by Sònia Victoria and the company LightHouse Ladies, and was filmed entirely in New York.

With this work, now available on all streaming platforms, Rubén Gallardo takes a decisive step into international cinema, bringing a fresh and versatile musical voice to the audiovisual landscape.
